Movies!

There seem to be quite a few action packed blockbusters rocking on the big screens lately.
I saw Sherlock Holmes (action packed, intelligent, hilarious) and Avatar (the animation made my inner animation geek die and go to heaven, even if the plot was the same as the movie Atlantis).
What all have you guys seen or thought about going to see?

For the record, I am disappointed in the fourth Shrek movie. Was it necessary? No. Will I go see it? Probably, if only for a sense of closure that was not totally taken care of in, you know, the last three.

  5. Avatar was, like, the best movie I've ever seen. I could sort of see Pocahontas, but I saw more of an Atlantis/Apocalyptico vibe. I think the guy who wrote it said he based it off the South American invasions, and I thought it was a pretty good rendition.

I'm going to see it again on Sunday. XD

I've watched Pocahontas like five times in the past week! I have rediscovered the greatness of that movie and I want to learn to paint with the colours of the wind:)
And someone actually told me that Avatar was kind of like Pocahontas...

  12. I just watched Paranormal Activity and I think the last twenty minutes of the movie were good, but the rest was too slow for me. I felt very "Blair Witched" by it.

  13. my mom say Sherlock Holmes while I was at work I was soooooo angry.
Kimberly, Dylan told me about you seeing Paranormal Activity and how scared you were haha. I want to see it so bad.
I was really skeptical about Avatar because it is so not my type of movie but everyone who I've talked to loved it.
I'm going to see Did You Hear About the Morgan's this weekend. Although it didn't get good reviews I adore Hugh Grant and can't wait to see it.
Notting Hill with Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts is my all time favorite love story.
