I had a movie weekend!
Okay so this saturday, which was yesterday, I saw two movies. One was An Education and the other was Dear John. An Education was brilliant, no wonder it won so many awards! I fell in love with all the french music that was the soundtrack as well. Now on the other hand Dear John was just repulsive and stupid and vile and every other word associated with bad. I wasted ten dollars on it.

I was totally intending on seeing Dear John this Wednesday. Should I change my plans? I have never even heard of An Education.
ReplyDeleteokay well I had wrote a very long hatred comment to dear john, but right as I was going to post the comment, my comment was deleted:( so im going to make it short. If you like sappy love stories where the girl character makes decisions that real girls would never do and then you feel bad for the boy until you dont feel bad for him anymore, because of a certain decision he makes. Then its wonderful, but if youre like me and kind of cynical when it comes to these types of love stories then its blasphemous! An education is about a girl whos seventeen who gives up her life to a thirty year old man, because shes going to marry him only to find out that he is married with like a six year old kid. Its not sappy, its drama and I loved it!
